Introduction
Achievement Awards Group is looking to recruit a Contact Centre Consultant to work on the Sanlam Reality Loyalty Campaign. The role will be based at our Business campus and will report to the Call Centre Team Leader.

Job Purpose:

To deliver professional, effective, and efficient customer service to clients on both incoming and outgoing calls, focusing on increasing program membership as well as maintaining loyalty to the brand.

Specification

Day-to-day:

- Receive and promptly answer incoming customer calls
- Capture customers’ inquiries accurately and timeously on the Customer Management interface
- Develop customer relationships and resolve the customers' inquiries whilst following the campaign-specific campaign-specific processes
- Make outbound calls timeously in order to meet cut-off times
- Comply with Contact Centre practice
- Adhere to QA measures during the process of answering the customers’ calls
- Record, rectify and report incidents outside of the process to the Team Leader timeously
- Comply with and meet operational practice standards
Requirements

Experience and Education:

- Matric or NQF Level 4
- English & Afrikaans/Xhosa/Zulu/Sesotho
- Minimum 1 year in a High pressured Customer Service related environment
- Experience with the prompt resolution of complaints

Job-related knowledge and skills:
- Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel
- Experience with Customer Management Interface & related applications
- Excellent communications skills and telephone etiquette
- Good knowledge of contact center procedures
